Start the first phone task
Give the agent the person to call, the goal, and the context it can use. A good first task is concrete: reschedule an appointment, confirm an order, or follow up on a request.
Where results go
Dialog Machine writes back the call state, transcript, useful memory, and next follow-up. If the caller asks for something outside the provided context, the agent should say it will check and follow up.
